The house was vacant and for sale, and the water ran for about 7-10 days until it was noticed in the evening of Saturday Oct 8. If Flood Pros had not been there for us our house would have had to endure standing water for a month. They literally saved our house from further damage and becoming a total loss.
In the attached photos it is hard to see, but the ENTIRE downstairs is flooded. Everywhere there is either standing water or water under the floor boards. If we had had to wait for another company the water would have wicked up the walls and potentially could have completely destroyed our entire house.
